妇人之仁的典故

楚汉相争时，名将韩信曾投奔过项羽。因项羽有勇无谋，不善用人，韩信得不到重用，便背弃项羽投奔了刘邦。投奔刘邦以后，开始也未被重用，后来在萧何的极力推荐下，刘邦才拜韩信为大将。

韩信被拜为大将以后，刘邦问他：“萧丞相屡次推荐将军，将军准有妙计，请将军指教。”韩信说：“我曾在项王手下做过事，知道他的本事，也知道他的弱点。项王吆喝一声，上千的人都会给他吓倒，你看他多么勇，多么狠啊。可是他不能接受别人的意见，不能重用有本领的将领，他的勇不过是匹夫之勇罢了。项王待人，又恭敬又有爱人之心，说话挺温和，看见别人病了，他会掉眼泪，把自己吃的、喝的分给病人。可是人家立了功，应当封爵位的，他不封。就是封了，他还拿着封爵位的印，左摩右摩，把印的四个角都磨光了，还舍不得交给人家。他的好心眼只不过是婆婆妈妈的好心眼罢了。”接着，韩信又分析了项羽的一些弱点和错误，指出刘邦必然能战胜项羽。
