战国时期宋国大臣戴不胜向孟子请教如何使宋国国君学好为国家多办一些好事。孟子打比方说如果让楚国大夫学齐国话就应该请齐国的老师，而且把他置身于齐国的环境中去，不能给他一个一傅众咻的环境，那样就是想学也学不好。
