（?—1885）清广西荔浦人，字庆馀。陈嘉6岁，随父母逃荒到广西，先在修仁县建陵街居住，靠父母打工度日，因家贫无力入学，12岁便参加劳动，14岁丧父，母寡弟幼，他力负生活重担，同年举家迁居荔浦县马岭五更地高头厂。咸丰、同治间从军镇压太平军及贵州苗民军。光绪间在越南击败法军，复文渊、谅山。官至贵州安义镇总兵。以创发卒于军，年未五十。谥勇烈。
