蒋祺，贡生，父卧病，祺皆妻王夙夜守事，三年弗懈。家綦贫，养亲必供甘旨。官武清、齐东二县训导。武清生吴嘉谋贫不能娶，齐东生张汝雨父丧未举，皆捐俸使蒇其事喜。以忠孝节义事厉诸生。年八十余岁。犹日亲铅椠。著有《礼经解说》、《道德句解》、《刚鉴论》、《白雪谱》诸书。卒，赠容城县知县。子如苹，别有传。
