（?—1268）宋嘉兴人，祖籍莱州三山，字子爽，一作子奭，号可斋。历京湖制置使司、知府、监司。迁太府、司农、工部等官，奏请士大夫重名节，轻利禄。以言罢。复进集英殿修撰、知婺州。积官至户部尚书。后以端明殿学士提举太平兴国宫。卒谥清毅。有《可斋瓿稿》。
