（ 1297—1361）抚州崇仁人，字伯尚。吴澄孙。幼以颖悟笃实称，长精通经史百家言。从祖父至京师，补国子生。澄卒，从之学者皆就当卒业。用荐为国子助教，预修辽金宋三史，书成，除翰林修撰，累迁翰林直学士。江南兵起，特授江西肃政廉访使，召募民兵，由浙入闽，参预镇压农民军，夺回建、抚两郡。寻以被诬解职。陈友谅据江西，欲用之，不从，乃执送江州，拘留一年。后隐居庐陵吉水。有《学言诗稿》。

二十四桥风月，称断楼、卷尽帘箔。绂麟华旦，饱吟玉蕊，款簪金药。驿骑朝驰，宝鞍卖赐，御筵宣押。更赐环促如，中书入令，作汾阳郭。
