字子渊，庆元路人。生卒年均不详，约元惠宗至元中前后在世。生平事迹不详。著有子渊诗集六卷，《四库总目》多与遒贤、杨维桢、张雨、危素、袁华、周焕文、韩性、乌本良斯道兄弟倡和之作。古诗冲澹，颇具陶韦风格。
