姚光泮，字继昭，号同庵。南海人。明世宗嘉靖四十四年（一五六五）进士。官南京山西道监察御史，出为泉州守。后罢归，辟城西荒构榭，结社赋诗。清温汝能《粤东诗海》卷三二、清道光《广东通志》卷二八二等有传。
