阿钟五岁已大奇，从我觅字与觅诗。
栗梨不爱爱纸笔，此意岂是寻常儿。
吟诗写字非难事，字画是心诗是志。
器量充周志气宏，劲笔雄辞皆极致。
吾家鼻祖丰城公，庭叱百万无虓雄。
子孙世袭节义风，流传直至江西翁。
江西夫子今希有，四经七举为龙首。
不作孙弘曲学儒，文章只是宗元佑。
祖宗积善源深长，争奇竞秀生诸郎。
诸郎更有如钟者，引领丹山群凤凰。
晓窗读书肯至午，夜灯琅琅明月庑。
只今小年已勤苦，从此读书到十五。
贯经窗史包今古，雪坡痴叔未足多，
十驽骥子一跃过。河南晁氏曾有样，
二十子弟俱高科。汝今群从多兄弟，
勋业相期各如意。家塾相师学圣贤，
庙堂再拜传忠义。羲献帖，李杜诗，
遗踪虽在不必追。
请赓庆历徂徕颂，更立中兴浯水碑。

姚勉（1216～1262），乳名二郎，学名冲，因避讳改名勉，字述之、成一，号蜚卿、飞卿，古天德乡（今江西宜丰县新庄镇）灵源村人。宋嘉定9年（1216）生，初生时，曾被弃之山野雪地，故其成年后自号“雪坡”以志不忘。
