路傍恶草不满尺，叶开如拳捲如席。车马纷纷踏作泥，飘零委地无人识。
东皋先生大山麓，草也滋蔓药圃侧。早雷喧春春欲深，千英万卉生颜色。
李花能白桃花红，草亦葳甤着朱碧。市肆少年太无赖，看春不辨苍与白。
坐令此物登中堂，爱惜如珠掷不得。物固有缘兼有运，可怜非类乃邀泽。
纵使漫山未足忧，不免芳兰气萧索。圣明天子坐明光，五风十雨调阴阳。
明堂种柏不种柳，禾黍风清接大荒。一时硕辅尽娄狄，满朝彰痹称明良。
梨花九月不足瑞，矧尔恶草生路傍。青天白日照肝胆，魍魉离魅胡不藏。
慷慨操笔发欲指，烈士谁哉请上方。

伍瑞隆（一五八五 — 一六六六），字国开，号铁山，晚号鸠艾山人。香山（今中山）人。弱冠补弟子员。明熹宗天启元年（一六二一）解元。明思宗崇祯十年（一六三七）副榜。初授化州教谕，修《高州府志》，以信史称，擢翰林院待诏，迁户部主事，再迁员外郎，管仓场。十五年，任河南大梁兵巡道，旋署藩臬两司。谢病归。南明绍武帝立，拜太仆寺正卿。明亡，隐居邑之鸠艾山中。卒年八十二。善诗书画，有《临云集》、《辟尘集》、《少城别业近草》、《鸠艾山人赋》等。清康熙《香山县志》卷七、清乾隆《香山县志》卷六有传。
