（1506—1573）明松江华亭人，字元朗，号柘湖居士。与弟何良傅皆负俊才，时人喻为二陆。少笃学，二十年不下楼，藏书四万卷，涉猎殆遍。而困于场屋，以岁贡入国子监，当事者重其才名，授南翰林院孔目。好谈兵，以经世自负。在南都日与名人韵士相追随。妙解音律，躬自度曲，文酒过从，丝竹竞奋，人谓江左风流复见今日。后三年而去。后侨寓苏州，七十岁始归松江。有《四友斋丛说》、《何氏语林》、《何翰林集》。
