董少玉，生卒年事迹均不详。西陵（今属湖北）人，约明世宗嘉靖中前后在世。麻城周宏讑（字元孚）继室。其夫官至监察御史。少玉聪慧绝伦，喜读史、汉及诸子书，为诗词，皆有韵致。著有《董少玉诗》一卷。
