花满河阳，为君羞褪晨妆茜。云根直下是银河，客老秋槎变。雨外红铅洗断。又晴霞、惊飞暮管。倚阑祗怕，弄水鳞生，乘东风便。
烛影摇红·赋德清县圃古红梅鉴赏
“德清县圃古红梅”，词人在其《贺新郎·为德清赵令君赋小垂虹》词中也提到过“但东阁、官梅清瘦”，可以互为参照。此系词人晚年重游德清之作。
“莓锁”两句。言德清县县圃内有株年代久远盘旋如虹入天的红梅树，树身上长满了斑剥的莓苔。由此，词人想起：我在绍兴城外稽山下禹王殿见到的正梁，恐怕就是这种梅树做的吧。“横斜”两句，叹梅树之无人赏识。言梅树栽在县圃中，无法使它像“疏影横斜水清浅”似的受到诗人们的赏识，满树花蕊似珠网般的遍布枝梢，却独自在县圃内放香，没有人前来欣赏。《贺新郎·为德清赵令君赋小垂虹》也说到：“东阁官梅清瘦”，喻清高落魄之人遭受冷落，这里也是一语双关，以梅喻人。“姑射”两句，赞红梅树。言其实这株古老的红梅树郁郁葱葱可以与姑射山上的仙树相媲美；其苍老的枝干仿佛可以化为虬龙，驾乘它去遥远的罗浮山。“姑射”，“罗浮”皆古之仙山名。“千年”三句，点题中一“古”字，并写梅树四周及远处景色。此言红梅树的树龄估计已经有“千年”之数，然而树木葱郁，青春犹存。梅树旁有一弯新月型的池塘，水面上苍苔青碧；黄昏时分，从树下眺望，隐约可看到墙外远处山上的小馆舍。
“花满”两句赞花。“花满河阳”句，用“晋潘岳为河阳县宰时，在县中遍植桃花，举世传为美谈”的典故。说是河阳县满城桃花，在红梅花的对比下，将黯然失色，自愧不如，羞得消失了它们的红颜色。“蒨”即红色。“云根”两句，以夸张手法誉树。言树旁流入小水池的溪流仿佛是从山上流下来的“银河”水，所以词人觉得这株老梅树恐怕就是仙人乘之而来后，被遗忘在这里的仙筏变成的。“雨外”两句，叹花遭残。言春雨潇潇树上的红梅花将会被淋去颜色，晴天转暖后又将落尽了残留在枝上的花萼。此虽自然规律，但由多情的词人看来，仍觉伤感。“倚阑”三句，呼应首句。此言词人倚栏凝望古梅树，突生遐想：如果梅树沾上了水，恐怕也会像禹庙梅梁那样化作虬龙，乘东风而飞逝吧。

吴文英（约1200～1260），字君特，号梦窗，晚年又号觉翁，四明（今浙江宁波）人。原出翁姓，后出嗣吴氏。与贾似道友善。有《梦窗词集》一部，存词三百四十余首，分四卷本与一卷本。其词作数量丰沃，风格雅致，多酬答、伤时与忆悼之作，号“词中李商隐”。而后世品评却甚有争论。
