译文
浓绿的苔藓封锁着通往长门宫的道路，只因为有着美丽的容颜而受到人们的嫉妒。从来知道，毁谤太多能使人骨也销蚀，何况是我洁白的肌体上那一点鲜红的守宫砂呢！
我只要使自己清清白白地活着，怎会悔恨生就这美好的容颜？从此以后，承恩之事连梦也不复做了，还是自个儿簪花打扮，对着镜子好好地欣赏自己吧！
注释
蛾眉，女子的眉细长弯曲，如蛾的触须。因以代指美人。《离骚》：“众女嫉余之蛾眉兮，谣诼谓余以善淫。”
臂砂，守宫砂点于臂上，亦称臂砂。古人以为贞洁自持的象征。
虞美人·碧苔深锁长门路鉴赏
静安先生这阙词真正做到了他自己所说的“言近而指远，意决而辞婉”（《人间词·甲稿·序》，表现了词人最真切的内心世界。起句化用《离骚》：“众女嫉余之蛾眉兮，谣诼谓余以善淫”，表达了词人身处诽谤之泥潭，处处受人诋毁。“自来积毁骨能销，何况真红一点臂砂娇”可谓静安先生创造语，甚是新奇，这是傲然的自在之美，不可凑泊。古来狷介之士与绝世之女在人格精神上都是相同的，他们都在向世人宣示一种不可玷污的独立人性，是一种自然而然的大存在。狷介执着的静安先生对此会有更深的感受。
陈寅恪先生在《海宁王静安先生遗书序》中说：“古今中外志士仁人往往憔悴忧伤继之以死，其所伤之事，所死之故，不止局于一时间一地域而已，盖别有超越时间地域之理性存焉。而此超越时间地域之理性，必非其同时间地域之众人所能共喻。然则先生之志事多为世人所不解，因而有是非之论者，又何足怪耶？”如果用尼采的话来说，静安先生所拥有的正是一种“超人精神”，不为世人所理解才是自然，让那些诋毁、诽谤来得更猛烈些吧，先生依然如故，做一个“且自簪花坐赏镜中人”。
