译文
病起饮食无味，强吃效果也不佳。只好陪伴病僧，念经长吃斋。心中一片虚空，似风吹香烟心头过，也无一点灰。
早晨云出山，随风飘散一去未曾回。待到前村行雨了，就会自己归来。
注释
香篆：香炷，点燃时烟上升缭绕如篆文，故云。
出岫：出山，从山中出来。
浣溪沙·赋清虚鉴赏
词的上片写病起后的心境。起句写其不思饮食。言其想着强吃一点，效果却不理想，身心状况并没多大起色。次句写因应之策。言其既然“强欲加餐”效果不好，万般无奈，只好陪伴病僧，长期吃斋念经，托身佛门。第三句写自己的心境。言此时此地，内心-片空虚，犹如缭绕的香烟从心头飘过，连一点香灰也没留下，真是万念俱寂，了无尘心，远离世界，清高极了，也淡泊极了，表达出作者超尘脱俗的情思。
词的下片写独坐停云观云、体验云之出没的理趣。“山上”句写云之出岫。陶渊明说：“云无心以出岫。”(《归去来兮辞》)此处似化用其意，并以云自比，言自己早年本来无心出去做官，以功名富贵，就像朝来“云无心以出岫”，随风飘流一样，到处漂泊。“次第”二句从“鸟倦飞而知还”脱胎，言自己像出山之云，行雨之后就应归来一样，自己出而做官，为霖为雨，以济苍生，晚来，也是应该的。言外之意是说，落职还乡，也是一种归宿，自慰，真可以说是淡泊以明志。这四句以“云出岫”起，以“和归来”结，完整地体现了“云无心以出岫，鸟倦飞而知还”之意。叶梦得《避暑录话》卷上说：“此渊明出处大节，非胸中实有不能为此言也。”对于此词所写，我们也应作如是观，应当说它表明了作者胸怀淡远，不能以普通景语视之。

辛弃疾（1140－1207），南宋词人。原字坦夫，改字幼安，别号稼轩，汉族，历城（今山东济南）人。出生时，中原已为金兵所占。21岁参加抗金义军，不久归南宋。历任湖北、江西、湖南、福建、浙东安抚使等职。一生力主抗金。曾上《美芹十论》与《九议》，条陈战守之策。其词抒写力图恢复国家统一的爱国热情，倾诉壮志难酬的悲愤，对当时执政者的屈辱求和颇多谴责；也有不少吟咏祖国河山的作品。题材广阔又善化用前人典故入词，风格沉雄豪迈又不乏细腻柔媚之处。由于辛弃疾的抗金主张与当政的主和派政见不合，后被弹劾落职，退隐江西带湖。
