施世骠（1667年－1721年），字文秉，一字文南，号怡园，清朝初期名将，晋江县衙口村人，祖籍河南固始，靖海侯施琅第六子。康熙七年（1668年）随父隶属汉军镶黄旗 。康熙六十年（1721年）5月12日，朱一贵举事，施世骠闻讯自厦门抵澎湖，等候南澳镇总兵蓝廷珍的援军。7月9日入安平筹画收复府治事宜，并决定以合围的方式进剿。7月15日与蓝廷珍会师台湾府。事平，从优叙功。10月3日台郡突遭暴雨袭击，施世骠终夜露立，遂病。卒于军中，得年54岁。追赠太子少保、一等阿达哈哈番，谥勇果。
