韩晓，高宗绍兴间知崇仁县（清光绪《抚州府志》卷三五）。孝宗乾道三年（一一六七），由京西路转运判官知金州兼主管金房开达州安抚司公事、马步军都总管。五年，提举四川茶马。七年，总领四川钱粮（《宋会要辑稿》职官四一之一一二、选举三四之二二、职官五九之二七）。
