（1613—1674）明末清初山东益都人，初名廷铉，字道相，别字沚亭。明崇祯十三年进士。为永平府推官，以世乱还乡。顺治二年，起为河间府推官，历吏部郎中、户兵吏三部侍郎及兵吏两部尚书。吏部掌铨六年，办事恪守规章。康熙初官至内秘书院大学士，以病归，又十年而卒，谥文定。有《颜山杂记》、《南征纪略》、《汉史臆》。
