（1576—1633）明苏州府昆山人，字弱生，更字淑士，亦字闻修。万历三十八年进士。授南京兵部主事。崇祯初以佥事督湖广学政，礼部推为学政第一。卒官。肆志读书，经史子集之外，兼通内典。少与李长蘅同研席，诗文法唐宋名家。有《读商语》、《四六法海》、《古文渎编》、《香草诗草》。
